No. Inventino is entirely browser-based. It works on any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on desktop, tablet, or mobile. No downloads, no installations, no OS restrictions.
Inventino requires an internet connection. We recommend a stable connection of at least 1 Mbps for smooth operation. An offline mode is on our product roadmap for a future release.
Yes. Our Free tier supports up to 1 branch, 2 users, and 100 products — no credit card required. It's a great way to get started and evaluate the platform before upgrading.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately (you'll be charged a pro-rated amount). Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) via Paystack, mobile money, and bank transfers. All subscriptions are billed in Nigerian Naira (₦).

The Free plan supports 1 branch. Starter supports up to 3 branches. Pro supports up to 10 branches. Enterprise has unlimited branches. Each branch has its own inventory, staff, and reporting — all visible from a central dashboard.
Yes. Use Inventory → Stock Transfer to move items between branches. Transfers are logged with a reason, date, and authorising user, and both branches' stock levels are updated instantly.
Yes. The Starter plan and above include a configurable loyalty points system. Set earn rates, redemption thresholds, and expiry rules under Settings → Loyalty Program.
Yes. All reports, sales records, and inventory listings can be exported to Excel (.xlsx) or PDF. Look for the export button at the top-right of any report or list page.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We perform daily encrypted backups. Our infrastructure is hosted in compliant data centres, and access to production systems is restricted to authorised engineers only.
Yes. We are registered with NITDA and operate in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). See our Data Protection Policy for details.
Yes. When you close your account, you have 30 days to export your data. After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems. Transaction records required for regulatory compliance (7 years) are anonymised before deletion.
